Contracted delivery services
Local mushroom logistics, on a written schedule
We grow things, we move things, and we put both in writing. Contracted delivery for restaurants, retailers and fellow growers in the Phoenix East Valley — standing routes, cold chain handling, and pricing you can hold us to.
What we move
What we deliver
If it comes out of a grow room or supports one, we can probably put it on a route. Six things we carry under contract:
Fresh gourmet mushrooms
Standing weekly orders from our grow rooms and partner farms to restaurants, grocers and farmers markets. Picked to your spec, delivered on your day.
Grow kits & equipment
Kits, substrate blocks and gear delivered to local customers without shipping carriers in the middle. Same-week scheduling, door-to-door.
Bulk substrate & grain
Heavy loads other carriers price-gouge: grain bags, bulk substrate and manure blends moved on flat-rate contract pricing for working growers.
Culture & lab materials
Agar plates, liquid cultures and temperature-sensitive materials moved in insulated packaging with the cold chain documented on every handoff.
Blend fulfillment at launch
When the coffee blend ships, local customers get courier delivery instead of parcel rates — included for launch-list members in the East Valley.
Contract runs for partners
Regular scheduled logistics for businesses that need a reliable local leg: repeated routes, fixed monthly rates, one point of contact.
How it works
Four steps, no mystery
The same way we do everything else: plainly, with the terms written down before anyone owes anyone anything.
Route check
Email your address, what you need moved and rough volume. We confirm we serve your area and flag any constraints honestly.
Written quote
Flat per-run or monthly contract rate — your choice. Every term in writing: schedule, temperature band, handoff standard, cancellation.
Schedule or on-demand
Hold a standing delivery day or call runs as needed. Standing schedules get priority slots and the best rate.
Documented handoff
Insulated packaging, temperature-checked loads, signed handoff at drop-off. If something arrives wrong, the record shows where it went wrong.
Coverage
Where we run
We started local on purpose. Routes we can run on time are worth more than routes we can merely claim.

Door-to-door across the Phoenix East Valley: Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Scottsdale.
By quote
Statewide Arizona and out-of-state runs through vetted partner freight, priced individually with the same written-terms standard.

Straight answers
Delivery questions, answered
Where does Possible Mushroom deliver?
Door-to-door across the Phoenix East Valley — Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Scottsdale. Statewide Arizona and out-of-state runs are quoted individually with partner freight.
Can restaurants set up standing weekly orders?
Yes — standing weekly schedules are the anchor use case. You pick a delivery day and volume band, we hold the slot, and the contract renews monthly with simple written terms.
How is temperature controlled?
Temperature-sensitive loads ship in insulated packaging with gel packs sized to the run length. Drivers log handoff condition at drop-off, and the accepted temperature band is specified in the contract before the first delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on run type and distance. Standing local schedules have the lowest minimums; single runs and long-distance routes are quoted individually. Email for the current rate sheet.
How do we start?
Email with your address, what you need delivered, rough volume and your timeline. A human reads it and replies with route availability and a written quote, usually within two business days.
